Integrating ABA into the School Setting is a practical training course designed to support professionals in applying Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) effectively, ethically and collaboratively within educational environments.
The course explores how the core principles of ABA can be translated into everyday school practice while working alongside teachers, SENCOs, teaching assistants and other professionals.
Throughout the training, learners will explore the realities of implementing ABA within busy school environments, including balancing individualised behavioural support with classroom routines, curriculum demands and whole-school expectations.
Using practical examples, reflective activities and school-based scenarios, the course covers:
• Core ABA principles and their application within schools
• Understanding the roles and responsibilities of school staff
• Effective collaboration with teachers and multidisciplinary teams
• Embedding ABA strategies within classroom routines
• Supporting skill generalisation across people and environments
• Collecting meaningful data without disrupting teaching
• Responding to common barriers when implementing ABA in schools
• Ethical and professional considerations
• Practical scenario-based problem solving

By the end of the course, learners should have a clearer understanding of how to integrate ABA into educational settings in a way that supports the individual learner while respecting the wider classroom environment and promoting effective multidisciplinary working.

Professional Development and CEU Training Hub
Absolute ABA UK Ltd is developing a professional development and CEU training platform for parents, tutors, behaviour therapists, supervisors, educators, and professionals working with autistic children and individuals with additional needs.
Our training will include evidence based content in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Positive Behaviour Support, communication, skill acquisition, behaviour support, ethical practice, safeguarding, supervision, and practical implementation within home, school, and community settings.

Training may include recorded teaching, downloadable resources, reflective tasks, knowledge checks, quizzes, and certificates of completion.
