Rachel UKBA (Cert) | BCBA | IBA
Operations Manager/Supervisor at Absolute ABA UK
I have been working in the field of Applied Behavioural Analysis for over 14 years. I first started as an ABA tutor and have progressed to becoming a BCBA. I have experience working in both early year’s settings (nurseries and school) and home ABA programs. Furthermore, I also have experience with running Telehealth services too. I came across ABA on my master’s psychology degree and never looked back. My area of experience is early intervention (2-16-year-olds) working with individuals on the Autistic spectrum and other additional needs.
I am a hands on BCBA as I feel this is key for progress as a strong, established team for support always starts with the consultant. I want and will continue to learn and progress as a consultant, so I can support my clients to the best of my abilities. My work is closely based on the verbal behaviour (VB) approach to language acquisition and learning through play. I am accredited as a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst with the BACB as well as a full member of the UK Society for Behaviour Analysis, regulated by the Professional Standards Authority and a International Behaviour Analyst (IBA) with the International Behaviour Analyst organisation (IBAO).
I find my job highly rewarding and seeing the progress with the children I support is why I chose to work in this field. Similarly, I share the same joy that parents do – and seeing parents delighted with any steps they thought were unreachable happen makes my job even more worthwhile. I believe that by providing the right tools, foundations can be laid for children to unlock hidden potentials that will support them in their day to day lives, for both today, and the future. I have a track record of success and am passionate about supporting children and families overcome barriers they might never have believed possible.
I live and work around the West Midlands area and other areas of the UK and I am also available for Telehealth Services too.

Anja BCBA
Supervisor at Absolute ABA UK
Hi, I'm Anja, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and PhD candidate. I completed my undergraduate and master's studies in Special Education at University of Belgrade, and in my doctoral studies I focus on autism and intellectual disability. I have been in the field of ABA for 4 years now. In my work, I focus on early intervention, developing communication, self-help skills, toilet training and treating problem behaviors. When I first discovered ABA, I instantly fell in love with it. I saw how quickly a child can acquire new skills and how that progress impacts the whole family. Seeing the change in my clients’ quality of lives made me focus on parent training. My biggest goal is to provide tools for the caregivers to help them become a lead in their child’s therapy as it is essential for long term success.
I am located in Serbia and I am available for telehealth sessions.

Dr Rafeea (MBPsS), RBT, IBT
Registered Behavioural Technician at Absolute ABA UK
Hello I am Rafeea, I developed an interest in Applied behaviour analysis while studying my master's psychology degree at Nottingham Trent university, before moving here in the UK. I worked as a doctor in various hospital and other settings in Bangladesh for 5 years. I have experience in working with children (aged 2-14 years) on the autism spectrum and other learning disabilities from various culture and backgrounds. I love to work with children and making differences and improving their quality of life is all I am passionate about. I love spending time with my family and in my spare time love to plan fun activities for my little one and watch movies. I have recently obtained my RBT qualification. Kimberly
Behaviour Therapist at Absolute ABA UK
Hi, I am Kimberly, and I have been a primary school teacher since 2015 and after starting my own family (which now consists of my husband, 3 beautiful little girls and 2 fur-babies), I realised that having a teaching career and being Mum simply did not go hand in hand - and that is where my journey began. After having my first daughter, I began tutoring whilst working as a supply teacher and within two years I had accumulated a large repertoire of students and found myself struggling to find the time to tutor them all by myself - this left me in a difficult position to start turning students away, even though I knew they needed me. During this time, I had met a lovely family who had 2 autistic children, one of which was receiving ABA tuition. I knew nothing about ABA at the time but was curious to find out more so I did a little research and found the topic of Applied Behavioural Analysis absolutely fascinating. I am accredited member of the UK Society for Behaviour Analysis, regulated by the Professional Standards Authority too.
I am located and work in the Wolverhampton area.

During my time working with SEN adults at a care home, I was promoted to key worker where I was allocated a client who was my responsibility to complete, update and amend care plans, liaise with parents and create plans and future goals surrounding their independence and development. Senior Behaviour Therapist at Absolute ABA UK
Hi, I am Shannon, I began working with children with autism at my last year of college at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2005 where I received MY Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I took a course in Applied Behavior Analysis and started an internship doing home therapy. After graduating in 2006, I moved to Savannah, GA and worked at a small clinic providing early intervention for children with autism and other developmental delays as well as providing private therapy for a few families. I then went on to teach 1st and 2nd grade in a self contained classroom. I then moved to Boston, MA to work at The New England Center for Children where they provided training while obtaining my education. I worked with 16-22 year old males in a residential facility. I then graduated from Simmons College in Boston in 2012 and after gaining experience in schools, clinics, and homes I decided I loved working with families and began providing in home therapy to several families. I then moved back to Savannah in 2014 after living in Boston for 5 years for an opportunity to work with a family I previously worked for, providing intensive training and ABA for their daughter in the home.
