Rachel UKBA (Cert) | BCBA | IBA
Managing Director/Owner & Supervisor at Absolute ABA UK LTD
Hello, I’m Rachel. With over 16 years of experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), I specialise in supporting children aged 2–16 with Autism and additional needs across home, school, and nursery settings. I’m passionate about empowering children through play-based learning and the Verbal Behaviour (VB) approach. My work is hands-on and family-focused—I believe meaningful progress starts with strong, collaborative teams. I’ve successfully supported families both in-person and via Telehealth, helping children reach milestones many thought were out of reach.
I find my work deeply rewarding—witnessing the progress of the children I support is the core reason I chose this field. Sharing in the joy of parents when seemingly unreachable milestones are achieved makes every effort worthwhile. I believe that by equipping families with the right tools and foundations, we can unlock hidden potentials that empower children in their daily lives, both now and in the future.
I have a proven track record of success and am passionate about helping children and families overcome challenges they once thought insurmountable.
I hold BCBA certification, am a full member of the UK Society for Behaviour Analysis (UK-SBA), and am accredited as an International Behaviour Analyst (IBA). Based in the West Midlands, I offer services across the UK.
Helping children thrive is more than my work—it’s my purpose

Jeah
Behaviour Therapist at Absolute ABA UK LTD
Hello, I’m Jeah. My journey into autism support began with a powerful moment that changed everything. During a volunteer session, a young boy experienced a meltdown — and I quickly realised how unprepared we were to help. From that moment, I knew I wanted to make a difference. I committed myself to learning how to truly support children like him — with empathy, understanding, and the right tools.
Since then, I’ve spent nearly five years working as an ABA therapist, and my passion for this field continues to grow. I’ve seen firsthand how transformative ABA can be — helping children with autism find their voice, build confidence, and thrive in their own unique ways. It’s those everyday breakthroughs and joyful smiles that fuel my drive.
I’m currently pursuing my RBT certification and am proud to be part of the Absolute ABA UK LTD team. Based in the Manchester area,
I’m excited to continue growing, contributing, and creating lasting, positive change — one child at a time.

Ishita
Administrative Assistant & Behaviour Therapist at Absolute ABA UK LTD
Hello! I’m Ishita. My journey began in India, where I developed a deep interest in psychology and a strong passion for working with children. This curiosity led me to pursue an MSc in Applied Behavior Analysis. What initially drew me to ABA was its solid scientific foundation, but what has kept me in this field is the powerful and meaningful impact it can have when delivered with empathy and care.
As a therapist, I have the privilege of supporting children in ways that truly matter—helping them grow, build confidence, and feel seen for who they are. I am also passionate about shifting perceptions of ABA. It’s not about rigid rules or one-size-fits-all solutions; it’s about building trust and making a difference in the small, everyday moments.
I am based in the Birmingham area and offer both face-to-face and Telehealth services.
Kimberly
Administrative Assistant & Behaviour Therapist at Absolute ABA UK LTD
Hi, I’m Kimberly. I’ve been a primary school teacher since 2015. After starting my own family—which now includes my husband, three beautiful little girls, and two fur-babies—I realised that balancing a full-time teaching career with motherhood wasn’t quite working for me. That’s when my journey took a new direction.
After having my first daughter, I began tutoring alongside working as a supply teacher. Within two years, I had built up a large group of students and found myself struggling to keep up with demand. I didn’t want to turn students away, knowing how much they needed support.
Around this time, I met a wonderful family with two autistic children, one of whom was receiving ABA tuition. I didn’t know much about ABA at first, but my curiosity led me to research it—and I found Applied Behaviour Analysis truly fascinating. Since then, I’ve become an accredited member of the UK Society for Behaviour Analysis, regulated by the Professional Standards Authority.
I am based in the Wolverhampton area and passionate about supporting families through ABA.
Jorden
Behaviour Therapist at Absolute ABA UK LTD
Hi, I’m Jorden. I’m currently studying for my undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Nottingham. Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience working with both adults and children with special educational needs (SEN).
I have worked privately as a personal assistant for a young child with complex needs, supporting their personal care, enhancing their development, and assisting in school when required. Through this role, I’ve acquired essential skills including children’s first aid and resuscitation, tracheotomy and ventilator training, safeguarding, and spinal injury support.
Additionally, I worked with SEN adults in a care home, where I was promoted to key worker. In this role, I was responsible for managing care plans, liaising with parents, and setting goals to promote client independence and development.
My passion for psychology sparked a strong interest in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), and I am eager to continue supporting SEN individuals and making a positive impact in their lives.
I’m based in the Nottingham area and committed to ongoing learning and growth in this field.
