Founder of Absolute ABA UK Ltd

With over 16 years of experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and more than 20 years working within Special Educational Needs (SEN), Rachel Booth has dedicated her career to helping children and families achieve meaningful, lasting progress.

Rachel is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and the founder of Absolute ABA UK Ltd, where she leads a passionate, multidisciplinary team providing ABA and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) programmes across homes, schools and community settings throughout the UK.

Her approach is rooted in compassion, teamwork and evidence-based practice. Rachel believes the best outcomes come from bringing a range of professionals together, including behaviour analysts, psychologists, therapists, teachers and families, to build consistent, holistic support around each child. This collaborative vision shapes every part of Absolute ABA UK’s model.

What makes Absolute ABA UK different is Rachel’s personal commitment to accessibility. She founded the company with the belief that every child deserves access to behavioural support in some form, regardless of circumstance or budget. Through flexible, creative and ethical service design, she has made it possible for families across the UK to access high-quality ABA and PBS input that truly fits their needs.

In addition to her ABA expertise, Rachel holds advanced training in SEND law and policy (IPSEA Levels 1–3), allowing her to guide families and schools through EHCP processes with confidence and clarity. She is also currently completing training in Speech and Language Therapy, deepening her understanding of communication development and how ABA can best complement speech and language goals.

She describes her work as “a lifelong commitment, not just a profession.” Watching children find their voice, build independence and thrive continues to inspire her every single day and remains the driving force behind Absolute ABA UK’s mission to make progress accessible, affordable and meaningful for every family.

Beyond her clinical work, Rachel mentors developing practitioners, creates staff training frameworks and leads partnerships with Local Authorities and care providers to expand access to ethical, high-quality ABA throughout the UK.

“What inspires me most is watching families regain hope, knowing their child’s potential is limitless when the right support and collaboration are in place.”

Emma-Registered Behaviour Technician & Media assistant | Absolute ABA UK Ltd

Hello, I’m Tegan.

I believe neurodiversity is a gift, and that learning environments should be thoughtfully adapted to meet each child’s unique needs. Every child deserves to feel understood, valued, and supported in their journey. My journey began as a Play Worker for a charity providing respite care for autistic children. I loved designing and delivering activities tailored to each child’s interests, and it was during this time that I developed a deep appreciation for child-led, personalised support.

My passion for Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) stems from first hand experience. I was first introduced to Absolute ABA UK Ltd while working as a Nanny for a child receiving support through the service. It was a privilege to witness her grow in confidence and independence, at her own pace, in an environment where her individuality was celebrated and her progress was continuously reinforced through positive support.

What I value most about ABA is its focus on a growth mindset. It recognises that abilities are not fixed that every child can learn and thrive when given the right tools, the right environment, and the time they need.

I’m based in the Cheltenham area and committed to ongoing learning and growth in this field.

Hello! I’m Ishita. My journey began in India, where I developed a deep interest in psychology and a strong passion for working with children. This curiosity led me to pursue an MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis. What initially drew me to ABA was its solid scientific foundation, but what has kept me in this field is the powerful and meaningful impact it can have when delivered with empathy and care. As a therapist, I have the privilege of supporting children in ways that truly matter—helping them grow, build confidence, and feel seen for who they are. Jorden Registered Behaviour Technician at Absolute ABA UK LTD

Hi, I’m Jorden. I’m currently studying for my undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Nottingham. Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience working with both adults and children with special educational needs (SEN).

I have worked privately as a personal assistant for a young child with complex needs, supporting their personal care, enhancing their development, and assisting in school when required. Through this role, I’ve acquired essential skills including children’s first aid and resuscitation, tracheotomy and ventilator training, safeguarding, and spinal injury support. Additionally, I worked with SEN adults in a care home, where I was promoted to key worker. In this role, I was responsible for managing care plans, liaising with parents, and setting goals to promote client independence and development.

My passion for psychology sparked a strong interest in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), and I am eager to continue supporting SEN individuals and making a positive impact in their lives.

I’m based in the Nottingham area and committed to ongoing learning and growth in this field.

Jorden Registered Behaviour Technician at Absolute ABA UK LTD

Jorden Registered Behaviour Technician at Absolute ABA UK LTD

Hi, I’m Kimberly. I’ve been a primary school teacher since 2015. After starting my own family-which now includes my husband, three beautiful little girls, and two fur-babies-I realised that balancing a full-time teaching career with motherhood wasn’t quite working for me. That’s when my journey took a new direction.

After having my first daughter, I began tutoring alongside working as a supply teacher. Within two years, I had built up a large group of students and found myself struggling to keep up with demand. I didn’t want to turn students away, knowing how much they needed support.

Around this time, I met a wonderful family with two autistic children, one of whom was receiving ABA tuition. I didn’t know much about ABA at first, but my curiosity led me to research it-and I found Applied Behaviour Analysis truly fascinating. Since then, I’ve become an accredited member of the UK Society for Behaviour Analysis, regulated by the Professional Standards Authority.

I am based in the Wolverhampton area and passionate about supporting families through ABA.

Hi, I'm Alisha. I recently graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Psychology and am currently pursuing a Master's in Psychological Well-being in a Clinical Setting at Manchester Metropolitan University. Alongside my studies, I am particularly interested in becoming a Behavioural Therapist at Absolute ABA UK, where I can further my passion for supporting young children's development. I have hands-on experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school. In this role, I learned various methods and techniques to adapt academic learning, making it more accessible and engaging for these students. Additionally, I worked as a Summer Camp Activities Leader, where I created and led activities for children aged 5 to 11, ensuring they were inclusive and enjoyable for all age groups. I am accredited member of the UK Society for Behaviour Analysis, regulated by the Professional Standards Authority.

I live and work in the London area.

"Behaviour goes where reinforcement flows". It reflects the idea that individuals are more likely to repeat behaviors that are reinforced, whether intentionally or unintentionally.
