Rachel UKBA (Cert) | BCBA | IBA

Managing Director/Owner & Supervisor at Absolute ABA UK

Hello, I’m Rachel. With over 16 years of experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), I have grown from an ABA tutor to a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). My career spans working in early years settings such as nurseries and schools, as well as implementing home-based ABA programs. Additionally, I have extensive experience delivering Telehealth services, expanding access to quality support.

My journey with ABA began during my master’s degree in psychology, and since then, I have been dedicated to supporting children aged 2 to 16 years on the Autism spectrum and with other additional needs. I am a hands-on BCBA, believing that strong, effective teams start with an involved and engaged consultant.

My work is primarily based on the verbal behaviour (VB) approach to language acquisition and learning through play. I hold accreditation from the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (BACB), am a full member of the UK Society for Behaviour Analysis (regulated by the Professional Standards Authority), and an International Behaviour Analyst (IBA) accredited by the International Behaviour Analyst Organization (IBAO).

I find my work deeply rewarding—witnessing the progress of the children I support is the core reason I chose this field. Sharing in the joy of parents when seemingly unreachable milestones are achieved makes every effort worthwhile. I believe that by equipping families with the right tools and foundations, we can unlock hidden potentials that empower children in their daily lives, both now and in the future.

I have a proven track record of success and am passionate about helping children and families overcome challenges they once thought insurmountable.

Based in the West Midlands, I provide services across the UK and am available for both face-to-face and Telehealth consultations.

Anja BCBA

Human Resources Manager & Supervisor at Absolute ABA UK

Hello, I’m Anja. I hold a BCBA certification and am currently pursuing a PhD with a focus on autism and intellectual disability. I completed my undergraduate and master’s degrees in Special Education at the University of Belgrade. With four years of experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), I specialize in early intervention, communication development, self-help skills, toilet training, and addressing challenging behaviours.

From the moment I discovered ABA, I was captivated by how rapidly children can acquire new skills and the profound impact this progress has on their families. This inspired me to focus heavily on parent training, aiming to empower caregivers with the tools and knowledge needed to become active leaders in their child’s therapy—a key factor in achieving long-term success.

I am based in Serbia and offer Telehealth sessions to provide flexible support to families regardless of location.

Dr Yoshi

Human Resources Assistant & Junior Supervisor at Absolute ABA UK

Hi, I’m Yoshi, and I’ve been working in the field of ABA for nearly ten years. My journey began as an undergraduate student when I first discovered ABA and took on a role as a Trainee ABA Therapist—I haven’t looked back since. I hold a PhD focusing on Autism, particularly exploring how autistic individuals are perceived within the wider community, including in the criminal justice system.

I have experience working with clients ranging in age from 2 to over 30 years old. I am a passionate advocate for neurodiversity, firmly believing in the principle: see the person, not the label. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, with every person’s goals and individuality at the core of my practice.

I am an accredited member of the UK Society for Behaviour Analysis, regulated by the Professional Standards Authority.

Based in Portsmouth, I also offer flexible Telehealth services.

Additionally, I am a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner, supporting both adults with autism and learning disabilities, as well as children.

I hold a master’s degree in Applied Behavioural Analysis and am accredited as a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) by the BACB. I am also a full member of the UK Society for Behaviour Analysis, regulated by the Professional Standards Authority.

Ishita

Administrative Assistant & Behaviour Therapist at Absolute ABA UK

Hello! I’m Ishita. My journey began in India, where I developed a deep interest in psychology and a strong passion for working with children. This curiosity led me to pursue an MSc in Applied Behavior Analysis. What initially drew me to ABA was its solid scientific foundation, but what has kept me in this field is the powerful and meaningful impact it can have when delivered with empathy and care.

As a therapist, I have the privilege of supporting children in ways that truly matter—helping them grow, build confidence, and feel seen for who they are. I am also passionate about shifting perceptions of ABA. It’s not about rigid rules or one-size-fits-all solutions; it’s about building trust and making a difference in the small, everyday moments.

I am based in the Birmingham area and offer both face-to-face and Telehealth services.

Dr Rafeea (MBPsS), RBT, IBT

Registered Behavioural Technician at Absolute ABA UK

Hello, I’m Rafeea. My interest in Applied Behaviour Analysis began while studying my master’s degree in psychology at Nottingham Trent University, before moving to the UK. Prior to this, I worked as a doctor in various hospitals and settings in Bangladesh for five years.

I have experience working with children aged 2 to 14 years on the autism spectrum and with other learning disabilities, from diverse cultural backgrounds. While studying my master’s, I transitioned my career and worked as a SEN teaching assistant in different schools. Working with these incredible children inspired me to pursue a career in ABA.

I am passionate about working with children and making a positive difference to improve their quality of life. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, planning fun activities for my little one, and watching movies. I have recently obtained my RBT qualification and my goal is to continue gaining experience and become a BCBA, so I can support even more children and families.

I am a proud member of the UK Society for Behaviour Analysis and the International Behaviour Analyst Organisation (IBAO). I am based in the Birmingham area and offer both face-to-face and Telehealth services.

Kimberly

Administrative Assistant & Behaviour Therapist at Absolute ABA UK

Hi, I’m Kimberly. I’ve been a primary school teacher since 2015. After starting my own family—which now includes my husband, three beautiful little girls, and two fur-babies—I realised that balancing a full-time teaching career with motherhood wasn’t quite working for me. That’s when my journey took a new direction.

After having my first daughter, I began tutoring alongside working as a supply teacher. Within two years, I had built up a large group of students and found myself struggling to keep up with demand. I didn’t want to turn students away, knowing how much they needed support.

Around this time, I met a wonderful family with two autistic children, one of whom was receiving ABA tuition. I didn’t know much about ABA at first, but my curiosity led me to research it—and I found Applied Behaviour Analysis truly fascinating. Since then, I’ve become an accredited member of the UK Society for Behaviour Analysis, regulated by the Professional Standards Authority.

I am based in the Wolverhampton area and passionate about supporting families through ABA.

Jorden

Behaviour Therapist at Absolute ABA UK

Hi, I’m Jorden. I’m currently studying for my undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Nottingham. Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience working with both adults and children with special educational needs (SEN).

I have worked privately as a personal assistant for a young child with complex needs, supporting their personal care, enhancing their development, and assisting in school when required. Through this role, I’ve acquired essential skills including children’s first aid and resuscitation, tracheotomy and ventilator training, safeguarding, and spinal injury support.

Additionally, I worked with SEN adults in a care home, where I was promoted to key worker. In this role, I was responsible for managing care plans, liaising with parents, and setting goals to promote client independence and development.

My passion for psychology sparked a strong interest in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), and I am eager to continue supporting SEN individuals and making a positive impact in their lives.

I’m based in the Nottingham area and committed to ongoing learning and growth in this field.
